Our goal is to provide a medical home to our patients, and we look forward to building a long-term relationship with the families we serve. Dear Patients and Families,

The providers and staff and Advanced Pediatric Associates are committed to providing excellent clinical care in a professional and caring environment.  We believe strongly in the medical home concept, and our goal is to build a long-term relationship with our patients and their families.  It is rewarding for us to watch patients move from infancy to adolescence and to play an important part in that journey. 

Although we have a long-standing and exemplary history in the communities we serve, we never take our services or our patients for granted. We continue to work hard to make Advanced Pediatric Associates better for our patients, our providers and our employees; and we are dedicated to providing the services parents need in caring for their children as they grow. Our web-site is designed to provide busy parents with convenient access to reliable pediatric health information, and our "MyChart" patient portal allows parents HIPAA secure online communication with our staff. Our Nurse Line and After-Hours service are good examples of value-added services which provide 24/7 guidance to parents when their children are injured or sick. And our Clinical Committee and close collaboration with Children’s Hospital Colorado allow our providers to stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in clinical care.

We take pride in the work our providers and staff do each and every day to make the practice better for you as a patient, as well as for the APA team. Our schedulers in the call center, receptionists, medical assistants, referral and ADHD specialists, medical records staff, business office staff, and administrative staff join our registered nurses, mid-level providers and physicians as members of your patient-centered medical home team.

In a continual effort to improve our services, we value your feedback.  If you have received excellent service, please let us know so that we may recognize our staff. On the other hand, if you have had a problem with a visit, a referral, an insurance or payment issue…  or if you have an idea for the practice… we want to know that too. You may submit feedback online by visiting our Give Us Feedback page or complete a Comment Card at any of our office locations.  You may also contact our office managers directly to discuss an issue or problem - they are great at helping to resolve issues or explaining a certain policy. And, you are always welcome to contact me directly if you have a problem that you think is slow to be resolved.
