Employment Benefits

Paid Time Off
Employees accrue hours in their PTO Bank that can be used for vacations, personal or family illness or other necessary time off. In addition, the practice recognizes 6 paid holidays per year.

Extended Illness Bank
Employees accrue hours in their EIB Bank that can be used for personal illnesses longer than 3 days.

Group Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance
Comprehensive benefits are available for employees and their dependents with an employer contribution toward monthly premiums.

401(k) Plan
Benefits include eligibility for the plan after six months of service with a specified employer match.

Flexible Spending Account Plans
Benefits include a medical savings and/or a dependent care account that allows employees to set aside pre-tax dollars for these expenses.

Benefits include a confidential, employer-paid service for employees and family members to receive professional counseling.
